Siteworks for a medium density development on a sloping site

Works included a significant amount of cut to waste of unsuitable material, cut to fill and import of hardfill.  The hot summer months enabled us to utilise as much of the clay cut material as possible thereby avoiding a significant budget overrun.  A 25,000 litre stormwater detention tank and two rainsmart tanks were installed.
