Our history
Pritchard Civil was started by David Pritchard and his brother Stuart in the 1970’s. David was an Otaki local, having lived and worked on the coast his whole life. He was a genuine entrepreneur, passionate about progress, development and bringing economic opportunities to a community he loved. He was a visionary and saw opportunities where others only saw challenges.
David has passed his vision, passion for development and ‘can do’ attitude on to his sons John and Sam Pritchard who purchased Pritchard Civil Limited in 2017 and have brought new energy and fresh ideas to the company.
