John Pritchard

Managing Director

JP is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of the business. Cultivating a culture of excellence and instilling the family values that are so important to the business.
Sam Pritchard

Director

Sam is a Director at Pritchard Civil and has led infrastructure and development projects for over 20 years.
Mel Fulford

Contracts Manager/H&S

Mel joined our family in 2016 and is responsible for tendering, contract administration and our quality management system. Mel’s forward-thinking approach, eye for detail and business management allows us to confidently rise to any challenge.
Hira Fulford

Operations Manager

Hira has 30 years’ experience in civil construction and is a trained survey technician. He’s responsible for quality control and generally making sure the machines and team are humming. Hira first joined the Pritchard family as manager of the fruit packing house and is our longest serving member.
John Monu

Project Manager

John works closely with our crews, engineers and clients to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively as possible. John is a dedicated and hard working member of our team; he’s a proven team player, helping out on the ground whenever needed.
Helen Scrimgeour

Accounts

Helen is an associate chartered accountant who knows the business inside out having been at Pritchard Civil for 20 years. She has seen the business through its various stages of growth and keeps the accounts in good order.
Roger Andrew

Construction Expert

Roger has over 60 years’ experience in civil construction with experience across the earthworks, roading, site works and infrastructure. Roger has been a key member of the team Pritchard Civil team since 2005 and now assists the team with construction methodology, tenders, machine maintenance and job planning
