Future proofing resident access
The brief was to raise the existing gravel tracks out of the high water table to ensure access is available to residents at all times. In addition to cut to fill of sand on site, we imported and graded a significant amount of aggregate imported by truck and trailers. Passing bays were also required due to the batters created in construction.
