Significant lawn investment by client to resolve issues of a high water table
The scope of this project was to remediate a soft lawn that was not able to be mowed in the winter months. Works involved the placement of a drainage blanket comprising pebbles wrapped in geotextile, overlaid with topsoil and re-sown. Alongside the ponds, our crew installed timber edging together with a burrito wrapped french drain. An old grass tennis court faced the same water logging issues; this was remediated by undercutting and replacing the soft material with AP65, laying megaflo subsoils and placing a reinforced concrete slab.
