Creating extra space for a growing community

Works included set out and construction of roading, drainage and streetlighting in a main campus environment, whilst ensuring the main access was always open.

This project was a design build solution in collaboration with Land Matters engineering team.  The area was close to a waterway and thus stormwater design needed to be carefully considered whilst maximising the number of spaces that could be created.  Our team used the summer months to expedite works and therefore reduce the disruption for campus users.
